PVR Ltd. announced the addition of 3C’s in its portfolio of exhibition business. 3C’s, the landmark cinema property in the bustling Lajpat Nagar of South Delhi was known to be one of Delhi’s premier entertainment venues for wholesome family entertainment and food connoisseurs. Accession of a single screen of 3C’s cinemas leads PVR to have 62 screens across 18 properties in Delhi and NCR. Further it increases the PVR screen count to 383 screens in 89 cinemas and presence in 36 cities across India.
PVR plans to invest in the property and revamp 3C’s in accordance with PVR Premiere properties in grade A cities i.e. Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai and Hyderabad. The single screen cinema spread across an area of 6500 sq ft. will be upgraded with a wide array of F&B, exceptional cinema technology such as 7.1 Dolby surround sound, Digitalized Silver screens and will be 3D enabled. Along with the 3C’s cinema property, PVR has also attained the food court comprising of 5 different outlets: Moti Mahal, Mc Donalds, Sagar Ratna, Barista and Chopstick Express.
